Laptop no good, but God is great!

I gave Susan a netbook PC for our anniversary. It is from Asus and is super small. About the size of a portable DVD player. Only problem is that it has Linux and I cannot install the software for the internet card. and the silly thing erased my IPOD when i tried to recharge it. Needless to say that I may not be as regular as I thought with my blog posts. I am still recording everything on my laptop, just may have to wait until i rectify the compatibility before it posts.
I will share this, I was able to go out today with another team member and a native pastor. We were able to share with many Muslims and had really great conversations with 3 in particular who made confessions of faith today. Please pray for these 3 men and for the native pastor who now has the huge task of followup and discipleship. Two of the men were taxi drivers and one was a store owner. Please remember them in prayer. We are off to ride elephants at the Amer Fort tomorrow. Good times

  1. Are you trying to hook up a 3G or cellular card? Or are you talking about just the wifi? Did your netbook come with Linux (Xandros is what Asus uses) preinstalled?

  2. Its definately and Asus and definately Linux. It came preinstalled Not sure how. Got it on clearance from target. I am trying to do a cellular card, much like the once that verizon or AT&T offer. The problem isnt necessarily with the card, but having no cd rom, i used JPs thumbdrive to try to install it and it wont read it. Not sure what to say or do, but susan is bringing my other laptop in a couple of weeks.
